Designing and building a voice AI agent that books, reschedules and cancels appointments for a US healthcare provider, and reworking it for the callers that speech recognition leaves behind.
Dealer Uptime Services
Designing, measuring and reporting a pilot that turned Ford dealers into uptime partners for small fleets, from journey maps and service blueprint to the dashboard that tracked it through to market launch.

A hardware wallet for self-sovereign digital identity, tested in two user studies. They found that making credentials physical makes people feel more attached to them.

A health-monitoring earpiece for the workplace. An industrial design project about building workplace monitoring that employees might actually want.
AutonoMe
A screen-time app concept for 11–14 year olds that uses behavioural nudges to build self-control instead of imposing parental limits, with a study plan to test whether it works.
